Processing Time
The time required to prepare your order for shipping may vary based on the item. For specific processing times, please refer to the details listed with each individual item.

Pick Up Policy
Please note that not all orders are eligible for pickup. Pickup options must be discussed and confirmed with Designs By Brittney (DBB) prior to placing your order. If pickup is not feasible, your order will incur standard shipping charges. DBB does not have a physical pickup location, and the pickup location will be agreed upon by both DBB and the customer before the order is finalized.
