Full payment is required upfront for all orders. We do not accept deposits or partial payments. No work will begin until full payment is received.

NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds—no exceptions. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us directly.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all text and details are correct before submitting and finalizing an order. For any photos submitted, ensure they are high resolution to avoid poor printing quality. We cannot guarantee exact color matches, although we will do our best to match them.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Designs By Brittney or our licensors. By purchasing our products, you do not acquire any rights to replicate, distribute, or use any of the content for commercial purposes unless express written permission is granted by Designs By Brittney.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Designs By Brittney, our directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

FORCE MAJEURE
Designs By Brittney shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform any part of the service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet failures, strikes, or other uncontrollable events. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such delays.

NON-TRANSFERABLE RIGHTS
Any rights granted to you under these Terms of Service are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to another party without prior written consent from Designs By Brittney.

CLIENT CONDUCT
We reserve the right to terminate any transaction or relationship with customers who engage in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior, or who violate the Terms of Service. Any such termination will result in the loss of any future services or products and may lead to legal action if necessary.

OWNERSHIP OF WORK
All designs, products, and work created by Designs By Brittney remain our property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership and rights to the final product will be transferred to the client, excluding any rights to source files unless otherwise agreed upon.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Any changes to an order after work has commenced will be subject to additional fees and may result in delayed delivery times. Clients will be informed of any changes to the cost or timeline before proceeding.

USE OF DESIGNS
By purchasing from us, you allow Designs By Brittney to feature your designs and final products on our social media and portfolio. If you do not want your designs shared, please inform us in writing.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE AND TOOLS
To enhance creativity and manage our workload efficiently, we may use external design tools and resources to assist in the creation of your custom designs. These tools are utilized solely to improve the quality and delivery of our services. Rest assured, all final designs and products are original and customized for your order. The use of such tools does not affect your ownership or the quality of the work delivered.

PRODUCT FILES
For custom design orders, we will provide JPEG, PDF, or PNG files. Source files are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon. If needed, please reach out for details regarding source files.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Your personal content (except credit card information) may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements. We encrypt credit card information during transfers.

You agree not to reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or website without our written permission.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
