While every effort was made to ensure the best possible outcome, any low-resolution or poor-quality images supplied by the client may affect the final printed product. Additionally, Designs By Brittney identified and suggested updates for certain photos to improve overall quality, but these recommendations were not implemented as per the client's decision. Furthermore, any typographical errors in the supplied content are the client's responsibility. Designs By Brittney is not liable for any issues arising from these factors.
The requested and agreed-upon deadline to receive all ads for this project was April 20 to ensure Designs By Brittney could complete the design in time for a May 20 delivery. However, ads were still received as late as May 14. The printer will make the best attempt to get the booklets delivered by May 23, but no guarantee on the delivery date can be made.
Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, and no refunds will be issued.
